Objectives: students will become more confident in innovative of spices. They will be able to identify all essential spices, know the sources, and quality distinctions. Students will be able to know taste profile of individual spices as well as how to pair spices.

1 day course + 1 month consultancy

Theoretical training on the use of exotic spices, spice powders, spice mixes, fresh herbs and dried herbs. Practical training with sample recipes suitable for your restaurant’s business idea. 1 month consultancy period on your restaurant menu and recipes.  
 

SPICES EXPERT TRAINING FOR A RESTAURANT TEAM
2 days course + 3 months consultancy

Theoretical training on the use of exotic spices, spices powders, spice mixes, fresh herbs and dried herbs. Practical training with sample recipes suitable for your restaurant’s business idea.
Information about sources of authentic spices and herbs, which are not readily available in tukkus and supermarkets. 3 months consultancy period on your restaurant menu and recipes.
